Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 24 October 2026 · Inspired by EU / Berlin digital accessibility practice
CHERRY aims to make this website usable for as many people as possible. This statement describes the current status for cherry.ninutech.com (replace with your production domain). It follows the spirit of public-sector statements such as those used by ServicePortal Berlin, adapted for a private SME.
Conformance status
This website is partially accessible. We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical (semantic headings, skip link, visible focus, contrast-aware palette, keyboard-reachable controls). We have not yet completed a full independent audit.
Known limitations
- Some decorative motion and custom form controls (e.g. service picker) may need further screen-reader labelling refinements.
- Third-party fonts load from Google Fonts; offline or restricted networks may change typography fallbacks.
- Embedded lifestyle images may lack extended text alternatives beyond short
alttext.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, contact us at [email protected] or via Contact. Please describe the page and the problem; we will reply within a reasonable time.
Enforcement (Germany)
Where the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) or comparable rules apply to our digital service offering, consumers may use the applicable enforcement body. For Berlin-related digital accessibility information see the Landesbeauftragte für digitale Barrierefreiheit. Public-sector BITV obligations do not automatically apply to every private SME; we publish this statement as transparent good practice.
