Digital content & AI Act transparency · last updated 24 October 2026
This page is the canonical disclosure for how CHERRY presents digital content on this marketing site, including booking demos, UI graphics, and any AI-assisted materials. It supports transparency expectations under the EU AI Act for artificial or synthetic content shown to the public. We do not repeat inline “illustrative” labels on every demo screen; this notice covers those presentations site-wide.
1. Product demos and UI mockups
Interactive guides, phone frames, and step graphics on pages such as How It Works are demonstrations of the Contact enquiry experience (select service → details → send → reply). They are not a live booking product, do not create a contract, and do not process a real submission. A visit is only booked when we accept and confirm an enquiry under our General Terms and Conditions.
2. Avatars and illustrations
Where we show a person-like figure in a demo UI or page motion (including the Contact support animation, the How It Works teaching animation, and the 404 error illustration), we use abstract avatars or vector illustrations, not photographs of identifiable individuals, unless we have a clear right to use a real portrait and say so on the relevant page. Those animations are decorative marketing graphics; they do not identify a real staff member or create a service contract.
3. AI-assisted materials
Some lifestyle or marketing visuals may be created or assisted with generative tools. When we publish photoreal synthetic depictions of people, we will label them as artificially generated or manipulated as required by applicable law. Decorative illustrations, line art, and UI mockups are disclosed as such on this page; they are not photoreal synthetic persons requiring on-image labels.
4. No automated decision-making about you on this site
Browsing this marketing site does not involve AI systems that produce legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Booking and matching, when offered, will be described in the relevant product terms and privacy information.
5. Service status / incidents
Following public-service practice (e.g. transparent outage notices on ServicePortal Berlin), we will post material disruptions affecting enquiry or booking here when they occur.
Current status: No known site-wide outage as of 24 October 2026. Enquiry API is a local development service until production HTTPS is configured. Application controls for the static site and enquiry intake were dual-panel reviewed against OWASP Top 10:2025, ASVS 5.0, and NIST SSDF (see SECURITY.md): unanimous PASS for the published shortlist, subject to production TLS and env settings.
